We are always happy to hear from you. Whether you have a question about how the price comparison works, found an incorrect price, want to report a broken link, or would like to discuss a partnership, the easiest way to reach us is by email.
For general questions, feedback and support, write to us at support@sastasansar.example. Please replace this address with your own live email before going online. We aim to reply to every message within two to three working days, and sooner for urgent issues such as a link that is not working.
Business and partnership enquiries
If you represent a retailer, brand or affiliate network and would like to discuss listing your store, sharing data feeds or any other collaboration, please send an email with the subject line "Partnership" to partners@sastasansar.example. Include your company name, website and a short description of what you have in mind.
Reporting an incorrect price
Our search results come from publicly available store pages and automated matching, so occasional errors are possible. If you see a price that is wrong, a product that does not match the one you searched for, or a link that leads to the wrong page, please email us with the original product link, the store name, the price you saw and the time you checked it. This helps us improve matching and fix the issue quickly.
Privacy-related requests
If you want to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, or raise a concern about how your data is handled, please write to us with the subject line "Privacy Request". Read our Privacy Policy for more details on what we collect and why. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request to protect your information.
Office hours
Our team reviews messages on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Indian Standard Time, excluding public holidays. Messages received outside these hours will be answered on the next working day.
Before you write
To help us answer you faster, please check whether your question is already covered on the About Us, Privacy Policy or Affiliate Disclosure pages. Please do not send passwords, bank details or card numbers by email. We will never ask you for these.
What to include in your message
A clear message gets a faster answer. Please mention the page you were on, the product link you searched for if relevant, the browser or phone you used, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but please hide any personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or order numbers before sending them.
Feedback and suggestions
We are constantly trying to make Sasta Sansar better. If you have an idea for a new store, a feature that would save you time, or a way to make the results easier to understand, we would love to read about it. Every suggestion is reviewed, although we may not be able to reply to each one individually.
